outbound caller id

Anyone get this working on SIP trunks and changing the extensions clid? I put the override in the extension but the person receving the number comes in as unknown number. I put it in as "name" <number>.

Ok got it working in IP sets using just the number in the Outbound CID section. But I can not get it to work on the T series digital phones, is there another area I'm missing.
