Customer has MICS, 6.1 SW, and PRI. 3 companies use the same phone system. Outbound caller id always shows only 1 company. Is there a way that they can control the sending of outbound caller id digits so that the far end sees the appropriate cid info? Much thanks!
If you use on one set, program it on all of them. And as lugerlover said, check with the CO to make sure they support it. If you're using NI2 protocol, you shouldn't have any trouble.
