outbound caller id with PRI 1

Customer has MICS, 6.1 SW, and PRI. 3 companies use the same phone system. Outbound caller id always shows only 1 company. Is there a way that they can control the sending of outbound caller id digits so that the far end sees the appropriate cid info? Much thanks!

If your talking about the name the CO can do it by the number coming at it.They control the name.

If you use on one set, program it on all of them. And as lugerlover said, check with the CO to make sure they support it. If you're using NI2 protocol, you shouldn't have any trouble.
