I have a 9.1.7 system with 8 SIP trunks in a Realtors office. Most of the agents do not have a physical phone but a user built in the system that is twinned to their cell phone. We have it setup through the carrier to pass original caller ID to the cell phone when someone calls their direct line. That way if they miss a call or someone doesn't leave vm they have the caller ID. That is all working the way it should. Now from a phone, if I call an agent by calling their cell phone directly it will pass the caller ID that the user has in the SIP tab for that user. But if I call their 4 digit extension instead, the caller ID only shows the 4 digit extension that made the call on the cell phone vs the 10 digit number under the SIP tab. We installed the SIP trunks about a year ago and they said this problem just started a month ago. We haven't changed anything on our end and the carrier is saying the same.
Any suggestions? Below is the log from monitor showing the "from"
