Hello Folks, Changed providers for our pris. Now all outbound calls are not showing our main number for our business.Need to know how to display our main number for our out bound calls.When ext. makes call to outside need it to show our main number xxx-xxx-xxxx. thanks in advance.

Outbound caller ID problem

You have to talk to your PRI provider.
They set up in their systems (stations) what should be displayd when you are making outgoing calls.
It could be that they have defined that no numbers should be sent.
They could also set up that your main number should always be sent, or let your meridian switch decide what should be sent. In that case you have to make changes in the switch.

What steps to take?
What numbers would you like the pbx to send?
Main number only - Talk to your PRI supplier.
Extension number - Talk to your PRI supplier and ask them to set up "customer controlled mode" on the station for this PRI.
You have to make necessary changes in the PBX if you choose the second alternativ.

You need to look at your CLID block from LD 21.
Most phones use entry 0 unless you change them when you set up the SCR XXXX to use another entry.
Example
