I wanted to change our Option 11C so that the DID's are displayed instead of our main phone number. Went into LD 15 / CHG / NET and CLID and changed Entry 0 and created an Entry 1 (because we have 2 different prefixes - 555 and 888). I was partially successful. When someone with 888-XXXX DID calls, it shows 555 with the proper 4 digit XXX extension. So now all calls show the 888 exchange.
Also, how do I get rid of Entry 1 that I set up in LD 15? Nothing will let me remove extra Entries. I was able to change Entry 0 to the original (main number), but I don't know how to kill off extra Entries.
