Hello,

I have a user and I am assigning him a public line so people can reach him directly and call other people with that public caller id.

For inbound : it work well .. I change the idc to direct line to to the user DN. I tried and I can reach him directly dialing a public line (without having to dial his DN)
So when people dial : 1234567890, they can reach him directly.
But when he call someone outside, it shows : 9874563210 instead of 1234567890 in destination caller ID
I want it be 1234567890.
I think it is CLID issue ??? any guide or help.

Thank's

Yes, it is a clid issue. Build an new clid table for the #camp you want to show for your outgoing caller id. Then assign it to his dn space new clid #with you just built.

Yes... I did and it is working... I create new entry in ld 15 and assign that entry to the DN as you mention.

One more thing, is there way i can also see the name too... or this have to done by the provider.

I went in ld 95 and add name to entry and the name does not appear when he call someone outside... only his phone line number ???

If someone else is interested, here are some useful links that I have consulted:

Thank's

I believe that passing the name is a function of the LEC switch. You have to purchase this feature from them.
