Outbound call transferred to another extension is registered as Inbound call

Hi All,

The problem I have is:
Extension "A" makes an outobund call
Once the call is answered, Extension "A" transfer the call to Extension "B"
- A CDR line is added to Master.csv where source is "A" and destination is the external number
- The call is billed as outgoing
Extension "B" ends the call
- A CDR line is added to Master.csv where source is the external number and destination is Extension "B"
- The call is billed as incomming

All the time that Extension "B" were talking is not billed

Does anyone know how to solve it?

Note: I'm using an Asterisk build from scratch (no freepbx, elastix or any other distribution is used)
