Outbound call should use E1"expensive" if problem with cheap E1

Hi, I have 2 PRI on my IP office 3.2. I want to force all outbound call to use the cheap E1, but if for any reasons, there is no line available, I want that IP office use the other E1... I have found the "line ID", that works, so I can assign the line ID of my cheap PRI to the shortcodes "dial". But if I unplugged the Cheap pri, It doesnt try to dial out via the working PRI. any suggestions?

LCR in 3.2 I believe (click on help in that section of manager) upgrade if you can to 4.1.12 and use the ARS to do this.

Don't think you need to upgrade. I take it you are using the LCR table so the first circuit should be in the main table with a fallback to alternate route 1 with a timeout of say 3 to 5 seconds.
