Outbound Attachments Truncated

For a long time, E2K has been truncating PDF attachments. To resolve the situation, I zipped every one of them.

Suddenly, E2K is also truncating JPEG attachments as well. The file size also seems to change when received externally. It's as if they are being distributed as binary files or becoming corrupt in some other way.

Is this a known issue, and does anyone know of a fix? This is getting to be very frustrating and is causing all sorts of havoc with customer communication.
