OUT TRANSFER CP MINI

Hi:
Situation:
OP 11 mini and CP mini
I set up CCR with option to transfer outside calls,works fine except one number (another carrier).
When I dial this number, I don´t heard ring back and after +/- 9 seconds the call is completed.
When CCR is configured to dial this number, CP answer"the person who is calling is not unable".
any other number ok.
Is There any timer to configure in CP?

I think the problem may be between your Telephone Company and the Carrier, and not a problem with your system. I have encountered this once, and the trouble was between telcos.

I cheked with DTI and was bad,
When I check it whit analog trunk,is fine.
I change EOD on DTI to 3000 and the problem continue.

I think what is something in R2 Signaling
