out the appearance of cls fxsp in ld 11

Im trying to add a DN to a phone and keep getting err sch1414
SCH1414
An appearance of this agent DN has CLS FXSP.
Action: Out the appearance in LD 11.
Severity: Info

anyone familiar with how to out this appearance?

Not sure maybe something to do with the FXS (flexable services) under LD 15. I know you can assign a DN there.

I found these reports below and the 2nd one is patch related to the problem.

New package 152 FXS introduced.
Sequence of Configuration:
Step Ovl Configuring... Comment
1 11 VPS AG (Agent Greeting) Ports configured as MADNs, with CLS FXSP
ports with CLS= FXSP

2 15 MADNs entered into the Recommend one MADN per VPS AG card CDB under FXS in use (24 ports)
3 11/10 Agent sets with CLS AGRA Activate the feature on a per-set basis
and MOAA or MOAD
(2616 only)

Problem
SCH1414 due to FXSP class of service. Applies to 25.15, 40, 40B, 02.02 & 03.00

Solution
Get SCH1414 when doing service change, due to FXSP class of service. Patch MPLR16544 corrects this issue.

Found a fix by entering a CLID table after the DN.
