Out side E-mail dose not get to internal users

If I send an e-mail user@domain.co.uk it gets to the exchange server but not to the users outlook. but can e-mail internaly from user to user.
Can anyone help?
 
Do you have a router? If so, you may need to setup rules for outgoing mail with NAT??
 
I do have a router but out going E-mail is not a problem its out side mail coming into E 2k not getting to users.
 
-make sure your internet mx record is set correctly
-check to see if port 25 is open on your firewall to allow incomming mail.
-use message tracking tool to see if the message ever gets into your system.

I am having a similar problem. My server pulls down emails from the external pop server(I can see it dissapearing from the external sever when I retrieve), but the mail seems to vanish at that point. It never gets to the users and I have no idea what happens to it. I would be grateful for a solution.
