I've been running OE 6 for awhile (on windows 98). This evening for some reason, it's acting up on me. The problem is my hard drive just keeps spinning its wheels. When I click ctrl-alt-del, and end task for OE, it shuts down, but the hard drive is still going, clicking ctrl-alt-del again shows Msimn as "not responding." Shutting down Msimn manually works, but it's getting to be a pain-in-the-you-know-where.
