Out of Stack Space - Access Package & Deployment

Please help,

I have been packaging an Access 2000 database successfully for about 6 months. I have now created a new database which I am trying to distribute. However, each time I click on finish and it tries to write the setup.lst file I get the error "Unexpected error number 28 has occurred: Out of stack space".

This DB is less than a tenth the size of the other one that I have no problems with!
The MS website puts some blame on a Crystal Reports file. I have never installed Crysat Reports.

Any ideas would be very appreciated as this is very frustrating.
