Out of Space

I have run out of space on the drive that SMS is installed on (long story). I JUST got it running and I hate to scrap it all just to reinstall.

Can I reinstall on the much larger partition (same machine) while leaving this one alone and then transfer the information? Or am I outta luck?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
