i ahve about 7 really big arrays in my program and whenever i get to th 6th one basic tells me im out of memory. can someone tell me how to get around this. thanks

You could either:

1-Work with Qb45 or Qb71 to use the /AH command line option.(allows you to bypass the 64K limit)

2-Use local variables in your subs to preserve memory between calls.

3-Use a swap file instead of memory. (much slower but absolutely legal)

4-Rework your algo to figure out a more suitable solution.
