Hello there,

We are using crystal enterprise v11R2. Currently the server is out of space. adn we are nto sure what fies are saved to delete...

it is full of temp files, etc...

Any idea?

thanks,

1. Go to the temp folder for the account that runs the BOE services on your server and delete all temp files with dates prior to the current date. This is usually in C:\Documents and Settings\<userID>\Local Settings\Temp, which is a hidden folder so you'll have to changed your Windows Explorer settings to make sure you can see hidden folders.

2. Go to C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Logging and delete old log files (anything over about 30 days.)

3. Go through the various subfolders in BOE and look for language-specific folders for things like Help. Delete all languages that you don't support.
