out of rectangle

I have a retangle placed on top of a rectangle. The top rectagle has a stroke width of zero yet there is a line around the outside of the rectagle. It looks as if there is a stroke. How do I remove this? I also have the same situation around some of the text boxes. TIA TOm

You might need to 'hide frames edges' in the View menu.

I tried that and unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. I have attached a link to a scan of the document so you can see what I am talking about.
