Can someone please tell me where/how to set an 'Out of Office' alert.

Thank you ~

You would create a rule in GroupWise that automatically replied to any message received. But be careful to exclude messages with RE: and FWD: in the subject so that you don't create a message loop. Also make sure you turn off return receipt for the same reason. Finally, if the user belongs to list servers, it is best to set up the rule to exclude these messages as well.
Thank you rjs.

It's working like a charm.

But, I'm unsure how to add the exclusion for RE and FWD. Would they be under 'Item Type - Define Condition' or 'Then Actions Are - Add action'?

Thanks again!

Yes, under: Item Type -> define Condition - > Subject begins with or Subject Contains.

rjs -

Again, another success! Works just fine now. Thanks for your assistance.
