I have this issue where a user has set up his Out Of Office agent. Gone on a business trip and started to access emails remotely.

Several people have emailed him and received the OOO reply back but when this user replicates he doesnt get the messages.

If you turn off OOO and send an email and then he replicates he gets the emails fine

Any ideas?
