We use a smart host (marshal smtp) as our mail gateway and content checker and this system sends "local" message to users when emails have been quaratined for whatever reason.

If we use the rules setup in the oooa to forward emails, these messages do not get forwarded, if however we set the forwarding rule through rules and alerts, they do!

It doesn't matter if the smart host uses the exchange domain or not as the sending address, the result is the same.
