hi, in lotus notes 6 if somebody set out of office response. other will get only for the first time they email. for example ABC is on holidays and has set out of ofiice response. if xyz send abc a email, he will get only for the first time.

Yep, that's how it works. It's a very good feature too, stops mail loops.
