Out of Office reply Outlook 2000- can u get more then 1 message?

The default for MS outlook 2000 Out of Office is to reply once per sender.

Is there a way to change this?? Executives rarely read the replies and keep sending e-mails even though the original reply will state they are gone for the week etc...
We want to prevent this?

Any thoughts?? (besides training the execs or firing them)

You can set up a rule to trigger everytime a mail is recieved.
That can auto reply using a pre-defined template.

But the rule is a client side, not server side correct?
