The default for MS outlook 2000 Out of Office is to reply once per sender.
Is there a way to change this?? Executives rarely read the replies and keep sending e-mails even though the original reply will state they are gone for the week etc...
We want to prevent this?
Any thoughts?? (besides training the execs or firing them)
