Hi, does anyone know how to set xchange or Outlook 2000 to send an out office reply for every email that is received? At the moment it will only send the relpy on the first instance of a mail sent by each sender.

That is by design to avoid an infinite loop. You'll have to look for a 3rd party package.

I'm Certifiable, not certified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
