Out of Office Only Works for Some

Hey everyone, I have been asked to investigate why only some people's out of office notification is working and not others. I'm not too fimilar with some of the settings for Notes Administrator.

My out of office notifcation works fine, i'm part of the admin group, I created another generic ID and their out of office doesn't work.

Is there a setting that wouldn't allow generic users to run agents ?

or does anyone have any suggestions ?

I resolved this issue. If anyone is interested, in current server document under security, we didn't have the group setup on run restricted agents.
