Out of Office not working | Server is unavailable

Hi all,

I've got a problem with Outlook 2007 / Exchange 2007 running on SBS 2008. When ever the users go to use the out of office assistant in Outlook, it says

"Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed, because the server is currently unavailable. Try again Later."

It works fine in OWA.

Any ideas where the problem is?

There are some different ways to fix. But it sounds like there is a permissions problem lingering.
