Out Of Office issues 2

HI ALL,

Thanks in advance. Running Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 for the clients. I have one user/client that has "turned off" the out of office, yet it still sends out of office replies to everyone.

Any ideas?

I saw this fix online but I was not sure how good it is.

Doc, we better back up. We don't have enough road to get up to 88.
 
Check on Webmail, see if it is disabled there.
If it is only one user, maybe you may consider recreating that user account.

This user never had access to OWA since I disabled the OWA access on the Exchange server ( I disabled it under Recipient Configuration, Mailbox, Properties of the user's mailbox, Mailbox features)

The problem came back, It was working after I enabled the out of office in OWA and then turned it off.
Now the same user is having the issue again...

Okay - could be an Outlook profile issue. Create a new profile for Outlook. Disable the OOF there and see if that makes a difference.

I rebooted the Exchange server this morning and so far the out of office message has not been sent to anyone that e-mails the user. So far so good
