I have set up my out of office with a rule that any e-mails sent directly to me or by cc to be forwarded to my home E-Mail address while I am working from home.

This is not working, is there something else that I need to setup to allow this. I can send a new E-mail to my home address with no issues.

Thanks, in adavance.

Forgot to add that I am using Outlook 2003

You (or your Exchange admin) need to allow "Out-of-Office replies to the Internet" in Exchange (I'm assuming you're using it). If memory serves me correctly you also need to set up a custom recipient in the GAL. Its been a while since I last set it up as we no longer permit Out-of-Office replies to the Internet.

Cheers.

Just have your Exchange guys create your home email as a custom recipient and change the Delivery Options for your account. They can do it for from the server and it will work.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.

Forwarding to an exteranl address has NOTHING to do with allowing Out of Office messages to the internet!

Destiny is correct.
Alterative: Leave Outlook open and forward to whatever you want.

Outlook is on my work Laptop and I do not have access to any of the office servers from home.

Is not the Out of Office a server side rule, so why would I need to leave Outlook open on my desktop? I have tried this and it still would not forward to my home E-Mail.

Out of office is a server rule, yes, but if that is disabled on the server, it will not work.
In your case, like Destiny stated, you may need to ask your IT person in charge of mail to forward your mail to your home address.
If he/she is willing, it takes 30 seconds to do that.

kkitt,
Just tell the exchange admin that you want a custom recipient to your home email address and for them to alter the Delivery Options for your mailbox to add the custom recipient. Tell them to also make the custom recipient hidden so it does not show in the GAL. More that likely they will have no problem doing it once they realize you know what you are talking about.
