A user can't disable his OOO agent. At the top of the box it says "A request to disable the Out Of Office agent is in progress. Please wait momentarily for the server to disable the agent."
The problem is, that it never disables the agent. Do I have to restart the server or can I restart a service?
We run a citric enviroment and the user has restart lots of times. Every morning it reminds him to disabled the agent, since the schedule has passed.

Real life needs a mucical score.

Not sure which version you have but we had a lot of problems with that in R5. Found that deleting the worthless OOO seemed to help. Of course you have to recreate it, but that is the only thing we ever found to work.

Ditto to Bandenjamin's response, open up the database in designer, go to shared code, then agents, highlight the OOO agent and delete it. Then refresh/replace the design of the mail file, this will recreate the ooo agent and usually fix the issue.
