Out of office assistent won't answer

I have a 5.5.enterprise exchange server in my lan, and a mix of outlook 2000 and 2003 clients, when the "out of office" assistent are active on the 2000 clients, the 2003 client don't get the "out of office" message, anyone who know why? stian
