I have a user who has person/manager rights to her mailfile but her ooa never enables or if it does it does not work this states that she does not have enough permissions yet as manager she has rights to run agents
this has always been a problem with ooa i have never really had it working all the time
anbody any ideas where i can start to resolve this

1. She needs rights to run agents on the server. Check the main directory for the server, under Security settings
2. SHE needs to enable the OOO agent (So it is signed with her user and that the messages goes out as 'her')
3. It has to be set to run on her MAIL server (Typical problem for users who've been moved from one server to another). Workaround: Edit the agent (with her ID) and set the Agent Scheduler to 'Choose server when agent is enabled' if nothing else work out.
