Out of Office answer message...

Hi,

We have a Panasonic KX-TDA30 and have set it up so that our system uses 2 of the answer messages set up in a mailbox, busy and no answer using an Incoming Call Distribution Group.

We would however like to get the 'Out of Office' message to work during the time frame 'night' but cannot figure out how to do this. When the line is busy or unanswered after 20 secs it goes to our voice machine (line 500) but when it is out of hours (night) it also goes to it but it just rings as normal and then goes to unanswered message.

I have followed the manual with no joy. Any help would be appreciated.
