Out Of Office agent

Hi all,
i 'm trying to activate OOO agent but i have an answer that i havent "execution access privileges on the server"
How can i set right privileges ?
Second how can i see i this agent is running on my server ?

in the server document there's a tab page called security.

at the bottom you'll find some fields that control agents.

there's a field for personal agents, and there's two for shared agents, one is for restricted agents, and the other is for unrestricted agents.
agents in the last category have full access to the server, like filesystem access.
