I all

here's my current situation. I have recently taken in a internation section to my domino environment. The overseas users had been using outlook 2002 and express for their email needs and they wanted to keep that interface so I set IMAP server up and a releigh smtp server just for them. That way I can manage them on my main domino server and have their outgoing mail routed through a seperate smtp server. no biggy and everything works great.

however I've run into a problem and haen't come up with much of a good solution in the overseas users eyes.

When the user sets the out of office agent in outlook of course that does nothing for the domino server sense the out of office agent is set locally to that client (outlook). The one solution that has been deemed temporary is for them to use web notes to set the out of office agent. whoever they don't like doing it and want a add-in for outlook to notify the domino server when they set the outlook out of office agent.

Any thoughts or links that anyone may know off for me getting something to interact with outlook on doing that? I want a seemless solution sense they are so remote to me. possibly a implementation I can reply on the few IT people over there to install.

Thanks for the advice and suggestions
