Out of Memory 1

Is that message occurring while trying to modify something?
If so it means that there's someone else in your database and you cannot make changes while people are in the database. You can download an LDB Viewer File that will allow you to view who is in the database and send them harrassing emails to get out.
I wouldn't worry about the out of memory message - that seems to be a side effect of trying to change something while people are in the db. What I would do is compact the database. If its 120 Megs your probably clicking and going to get some coffee and coming back and clicking again!
