Out of Memory Or System Resources

I have recently been faced with this message for all our terminal server clients, "out of memory or system resources". The message will appear when they attempt to send an attachment from outlook 2000.
I have no idea what is causing this, so any help or advice is greatly accepted.

It is because they have exceeded their storage limit on the server. The users need to start deleting sent items, deleted items, etc.... or you can create a personal folder/s for them and throw stuff in that. If you let it go eventually they won't be able to send any email. Also if you have rights you could expand the storage limit on the server.
