When opening the SMI system everything appears to be opening normally such as the alarm list and the list for Symposium call center server. When I select Reports & Displays and then select Reports I get a "out of memory" error. I have 1 gig of RAM and 760K that is available. Has anyone seen this problem before.

Is that the memory on the server or on the workstation?

It doesn't specify. A window comes up with an upside down yield sign with an exclamation point and the top has Reports and the name of the server with the location of the program on the hard drive. Within Symposium Call Center Servers window I can access all the other items listed. Reports is the only one I get this error on.

I'm sorry, I wasn't too clear. Is that the amount of memory you have on the server, or the amount of memory you have on your workstation? You need to have enough memory on the workstation where the client is accessing the reports. The amount of memory required would depend on the report and how much data you have specified in your filter.

If that is the amount of RAM on the workstation, we have a different problem here..

Sandy, That is the amount of RAM on my workstation. We can run the report from any other work station so the server is ok.

Sorry Sandy, I am using a Dell 270 machine with XP. We loaded the software on a Dell 280 machine with XP and I'm able to do all I need (reports, stats, etc) with my login. I am also able to do my reports from the client server.

If you have 1G RAM reduced it to 500MB and see if the problem still exist. That was a limitation with SCCS 4.2 Client 4.0

You have to update your client with at least patch SU10C I thought (or was it SU11C?) Please ask your vendor for it.
This is for versions 4.0/4.2/5.0 fat client.
