We are about 1 month into a 412, coming from a Legend which seemed to do things that the 412 can't?
We need to have individual out of hours messages, so when I go to create a new vm the prompt actually asks is the call for internal, external or out of hours. However the out of hours doesn't seem to work? Each person internally is required to leave a number to reach them out of hours therefore the groups will not work.
Also, we have habit of saving vm's, is there a way to do a last vm in first vm out?
