out of disk space when printing

I am having a problem printing out some drawings. I am trying to print them out using voloview and also through another free viewer i downloaded called dwg viewer.
I get the same message from both programs.

It says out of disc space on drive c:

I have over 37gb HD space free, 512mb ram. Could this be something to do with the drawing as i can print other drawings out fine.
