Out going calls change to Digitone/Winkstart

I have a Nortel Meridian1 opt 81 c. I'm being told that I need to change my out going calls to digitone/winkstart. been looking in the admin book but I don't see this. does anyone know the load and commands?

Best to post in the CS1000 Meridian forum for programming questions as more techs will respond.
I doubt it's in any admin book as it's tech side programming which is many books.
