Out Bound Transfer for CP100

If you set up outbound transfer for a mailbox user- I want it to link out on a line not take two lines to call out of the mailbox to a outside number. How do you insert a link in the telephone number string in the users mailbox ???

after logging into the mailbox press 8 for admin, press 8 again, press 1 for outbound xfer admin, press 1 for outside phone number or 2 for internal extension, then enter the number (use 9 in front of the external or whatever your access code may be) then i believe 1 again to activate it

I have it working that is not the issue, the issue is I want it to not take up 2 lines on the system when used, so we want to link it out to the out call number !!

If you have call transfer capability on your lines, remove the access code for your dial string and replace it with #.

SO BEFORE THE TELEPHONE JUST INSERT # AND THEN THE NUMBER AND IT WILL DO A LINK ???
