Out bound message notification question.

I have a call center that uses a CCR tree to route calls to different phone extensions. When a call is missed it goes to voice mail and the message is delivered out to a cell phone number. Does anyone know how I can have this message go to 3 or 4 different cell numbers?? Or is there some way for an application or service that can receive a call and do a email blast to my managers cell phones as a text message or just some way to wake them up that a call has gone to voice mail?

Depends on what VM you are using. You can set up call pilots to have desktop messaging, which will deliver a VM to outlook, etc.., from there I am sure there is some third party software that could do what you describe, though I dont know what it is.

If you have a call pilot you can also set up multiple destinations. But, it goes to destination 1, then only continues to destination 2 if there was no answer on 1. This process can continue for up to 5 destinations.
