Our xerox phaser 790 is showing code 009-326 CALL FOR SERVICE. Someone please help! Xerox wants to charge a gagillion$$$ just to look at it!

The most common cause is a toner cartrage wasnt installed properly and is jamming the rotory asm.
Try moving the toner rotory frame. If unable to turn freely a cartrage may not be all the way in.
2nd most common cause is a toner bomb. If you remove the top cover look at the optical sensor that senses the rotation of the rotory asm. For this you need a toner vac and some compressed air.
I recomend finding an ASP who has worked on a 780 or 790 before as they arnt easy to work on.
