Our webserver hacked via webfolders, how can I secure it?

Hello everyone

Our webserver running IIS on server03 enterprise r2 was hacked and index/default files modified.

I contacted the hacker via yahoo chat and he showed me how he did it. It was via webfolders.

I am no web master or IIS expert so I need some help as to what needs to be done. any more info needed just let me know.
