Dear All
We have just upgraded to XP Pro and XP Office Pro. We send e-mails to customers advising them of their orders. The em-mail addresses are kept on the Access 2002 db. The e-mail is sent via Outlook 2002. using Office 97 and WIN98SE there was no problem!

Since upgrading we get an 'error message' saying that this procedure may be as a result of a virus. The MS information says that the security in Outlook 2002 has been 'improved'. They provide a fix for something similar to our problem (sending attachments and the Exchange version) but do not provide any guide for stand alone PCs.

Any clues or suggestions?

I know what you mean...
A workaround would be to switch from SendObject to Automation and control Outlook from Access. Of course, the code will change completely...

Or downgrade OutlookXP to Outlook 2K...This is what I did...

Good luck
