Oulook 2003 attachments

We can't open picture attachments in our outlook 2003 published app. When we click on the attachment it opens up photo editor in the background but never comes up so we can't see the picture. We are running Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server 3.0 on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am investigating this as we have the same issue. So far, I think it's to do with the DDE, similar to opening html from Outlook's cases

I tried (on the server) Tooles | Folder Option | File Types

And UNTICKed the DDE on 'open' JPG

The Outlook attachmentments with jpg extension opened OK, but hung if the DDE's ticked.

My problem is the servers didn't keep this setting (DDE unticked) and I don't know the implication of unticking it to the general uses. The other thing is if this works, will I have to untick all the possible attachment file types...
That I am researching.

Which I have been trying to download the evaluation version but I have not much luck so far. I hope that installing this on the client should resolve this issue, but I don't know yet.

I will keep you posted and I hope to hear from others too.

Adding to my post above. I managed to download the javadde evaluation, installed it on my machine, Ran Outlook from the WI Citrix (java client), opened the .jpg attachment files, they opened OK. So I guess that's one way out but I have not checked out the price yet. This one I downloaded is 30 day evaluation.
