Hello,
I am running ccm 4.1 and will be upgrading to 4.2 in one month.
My question: Is there a way for an agent to see if the person they are transferring to actually know if that person is on the phone or have their phone forwarded to vm? Such as some sort of indicator on the agents phone?
I know the web attendant would work, but I really do not want to let this user have access to this.
