Oto goto next frame after 15 frames

1ste frame is a movieclip, i have instald a Contact Us button, nowe if you presse its going to the next movieclip, but that movieclip is 15 frames, wat i want is that after 15 frames it automatic go to the frame 3 a non movieclip frame.

1ste frame - background is a movieclip
2frame - is the background that also is a movieclip
3frame - is the background and is not a movieclip

1ste frame - click to go secondframe
2de frame - automaticaly go to frame 3 after the movieclip have done 1 round of 15 frames
3de frame - nowe your here

its the frame 2 problem.
