Hi

I was this morning experiencing problems with OVL429 where it was telling me I was logged in twice. I closed down OTM and started it up again, however now everytime I try to log in I receive "Can't create OTMAthentication Instance" and it will not allow me to gain access.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Would be much appreciated!

OK I have just figure this out, this was a TCP/IP problem on my Server. Restared the program that was having the TCP problems and can now authenticate onto OTM again.

May come in handy if anyone else has this problem in the future!
