Otman5 error in eventlog

Hi list: we have IBM8500R with BENT server 8.5. when install OFO agent and restart the server we have errors in the aplication eventlog.

The description for Event ID ( 3 ) in Source ( Otman5 could not be found" is returned in the Event Viewer when Open File Option has been installed and the server has been rebooted which has SANworks™ Secure Path installed on the system

These problem apears in veritas support but we use RDAC 7.0.2 software for the fiber channel adapters.

When I try to install the backup exec agent win9.X, I get the error message "illegal operation Isinst30.exe".Please help! thanks in advance
